35 Hudson Yards is a mixed-use (residential and hotel) skyscraper that is part of the Hudson Yards complex in Manhattan.
Built between 2015 and 2019, it was designed by the Skidmore, Owings & Merrill studio and was conceived to carry out the urban redevelopment of the previous industrial area. It reaches a height of 308m, with 72 floors and contains 217 apartments and 175 hotel rooms.
The interior designer David M. Childs, FAIA, of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP has added a warm and luxurious feel to this handsome building, incorporating limestone piers and graceful curves, which appear like sails reflecting the panoramic views of the Hudson River, the iconic Manhattan skyline, and its distinctive new Hudson Yards neighbors. For the Hotel SOM choose the Valli&Valli handles H1046 Nais (rooms) and H1052 Supersonic (restaurant) in Black finish.
Tony Ingrao of Ingrao Inc., a fixture on the AD100–Architectural Digest’s list of the greatest talents in the world of design, brought his distinctive modern luxury to 35 Hudson Yards, choosing a customized and unique handle H1772 from Valli&Valli for the Residential area.
